You’ll get a link to our Engagement Letter asking if you’d like us to prepare your tax return. This will include info on the documents we need and pricing.
You’ll be invited to an onboarding call. We’ll ask you some questions and make sure you’re clear on what to do next.
You'll upload all documents to our client portal.
We'll contact you with the results. At this stage we also invite you to a call, where we'll further discuss your return and answer any questions you have.
Your return will be reviewed by our Tax Manager. We will send over any additional questions or opportunities.

After you've reviewed your return you'll need to confirm and authorize its submission.
We’ll submit your tax return to the IRS and State (if applicable).
Two or three days after filing, you’ll receive a confirmation it's been accepted.
